Customer-Uploaded Image Policy – Lithophanes & Custom Products
By submitting an image to Walter's Widgets for use in a custom lithophane or other personalized product, you agree to the following:
Acceptable Use You confirm that any image you upload:
- Is owned by you or you have explicit permission from the copyright holder to use it for commercial reproduction.
- Does not depict obscene, lewd, or pornographic material as defined under applicable law.
- Does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or likeness rights.
- Is not AI-generated. Walter's Widgets does not accept images or artwork created by artificial intelligence tools. We are committed to supporting human-sourced creativity and craftsmanship.
Your Responsibility You are solely responsible for ensuring the images you submit comply with all applicable laws. By uploading an image, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use and reproduce it.
Our Rights Walter's Widgets reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order where submitted images are determined to violate this policy, at our sole discretion. We are not liable for any claims arising from images submitted by customers.
Copyright Notice We do not reproduce copyrighted material (including professional photographs, celebrity images, movie stills, or branded logos) without verifiable proof of authorization. If you are unsure whether your image is protected, please contact us before placing your order.
Image Storage & Deletion Uploaded images are retained for up to 30 days after the order ships, then permanently deleted from our systems. Images are used solely for production purposes and are not shared with third parties.
