How this Works

  1. Choose your custom product type. Mono-color or full-color lithophane panel? Frame or full display package?
  2. Upload your image for lithophane panels, and choose a frame color prior to checkout.
  3. I personally review each submitted image and prepare it prior to print. I'll provide you a preview of the expected final result. Some images work better as monocolor lithophanes than full color, and some artwork or photos may not be a good fit for lithophanes. I'll need confirmation from you that you are ready to proceed to final printing. We can adjust or refund your order if it is not likely to result in a high quality product. Portraits work better than crowd photos, high contrast images often work better for mono-color than full-color lithophanes.
  4. Once I've begun printing, no refunds will be provided. Custom lithophanes are made to order and require a significant investment in machine time and maintenance costs which cannot be reclaimed. Manufacture and assembly takes 1-7 days depending on the current queue.
  5. Once shipped, expect your delivery in the US or Canada to take 5-10 business days.
  6. Lithophanes displays arrive fully assembled.
  7. If any of the items or electronic components in your order arrive with defects ordered are unsatisfactory, contact me and I'll work to make it right. Lithophane quality is highly image dependant and may vary from the preview due to machine or image correction limitations.
